In 1995, <i>Staneff Consulting<\/i> officially became <i>CDR<\/i> and assumed responsibility for the market share side of BMS\u2019s business. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">SENIOR PERSONNEL<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">President &#8211; Stephen T. Staneff, PhD<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #0b125b;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dr. Staneff has a PhD in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley (specializing in data management, decision analysis, and other aspects relating to the<\/span> m<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">anagement of large infrastructure systems), and a BS degree in Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder (specializing in energy conservation in buildings). He has been a project engineer, design manager, and project manager for Johnson Controls in California and in Saudi Arabia; an assistant professor of Civil Engineering at the University of New Mexico, in the Construction Management Program; and, since 1994, president of Construction Data and Research. \u00a0He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM), and the National Association for Business Economics (NABE).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Project Manager &#8211; Amanda Keil<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Amanda has been a part of the CDR team since 2011 and took on the role of Project Manager in 2015. She oversees incoming data quality, marketing, training of new department staff, and jurisdiction relations. Amanda\u2019s background in education, non-profit and government administration, and analysis make her a strong asset to the CDR team. Her experience in leading capital campaigns for non-profits, including facility design and construction planning, has provided her with a depth of understanding of building and permitting processes.
